Principles
Know your users
Understand what can become truly sticky and work from there to remove anything blocking rewarding and engaging learning experiences.
Create learning experiences that stick.
Clarity
Make experiences clear. Create structure and hierarchy to learning outcomes. Give users responses to the actions they take. Make decisions easy by avoiding paradox of choice.
Effectiveness
Make learning work how your people work. Learning should complement the way we work not interrupt it!
Aesthetics
Accessibility is not a bolt-on feature. First impressions do matter. Take the extra time to delight your users.
